Spatial Transcriptomics – Studies on The Single Cell And Functional Level of Tissue

Studying spatial transcriptomic data is allowing a never before possible look into both the functional as well as single-cell level of tissue, shedding light on aspects like the functioning of organs, organization of tissue and the communication between cells.
In this presentation, we’d like to discuss several projects studying high plex spatial transcriptomics at different levels of tissue resolution.
